Tutorial: Step by step

Step 1 Table PC Szenio 13216QC

Characteristics

Display : 13.3 inches, HD, TFT 1280 × 800

Processor: Rk3188, ARM Quadcore Cortex A9 1.6GHz
Memory: 16GB and 2GB of RAM
Camera: front-Webcam and photo camera
Memory RAM: DDR3 2G
Operating system: Google Android 4.2
Battery: Lithium 10,000 mAh / 3.7V

Before starting make sure the tablet is off.

Step 2 Back case

Remove the 2 Phillips screws that secure the back cover.

Step 3

Use our "pizza cutter" opening tool to separate the back cover easily and without scratches.

Step 4 Cameras

Unplug the flex from the cameras on the motherboard, by pulling on the tab of the connector and pulling gently.

Step 5

Separate the chambers from the housing to remove them.

Step 6 Adhesives

Remove the adhesives that hold the cables and components.

Step 7 Speakers

Peel off the speakers from the housing with the help of a spatula.

Step 8 Battery

Peel off the battery, pushing it from below with a plastic spatula.

Step 9 Volume and ignition pushbuttons

Remove the 2 Phillips screws that hold the plate with the push buttons.

Separate the plate from the housing.

Step 10

Unsolder the flex on the motherboard. For this, we apply heat with the tip of the soldering iron to the tin while, simultaneously, we pull the cable gently.

Step 11 Antennas

Take off the antennas.

Step 12

Unsolder the antennas on the motherboard.

Step 13 Battery

Unsolder the battery terminals.

Step 14 Speakers

Unsolder the speaker cables.

Step 15 Microphone

Remove the microphone from the housing bracket.

Unsolder the cables on the motherboard, like the rest of the components.

Step 16 Screen Flex

Unplug the data flexes from the display and touch screen.

Step 17 Motherboard

Finally, separate the base plate, held by 3 Phillips screws.
