Tutorial: Step by step

Step 1 Tray

To start we extract the tray with the help of an extraction tool.

Step 2 Fullscreen

We have forgotten to do the photograph in which we apply heat to the screen to soften the adhesives that attach it to the chassis.

Once applied enough heat, with the help of one or more tines we will remove all the edges of the screen carefully, since we can damage some flex.

Step 3 Interconnection Flex

Remove the two Phillips screws (PH # 00) that hold the shield, and we can remove the interconnection flex that joins the motherboard with the screen.

Step 4 Chassis

We extract the thirty six Phillips screws (PH # 00) that hold the chassis to the back shell and take off the stickers.

Step 5 We disconnected battery

We disconnected the battery to work with greater security.

Step 6 Rear camera

We disconnect and take off the rear camera.

Step 7 Frontal camera

We take off the adhesive that is above the front camera, and we can now disconnect and remove the front camera.

Step 8 Motherboard

Disconnect all components that are connected to the motherboard, remove the Phillips screw (PH # 00) that holds the motherboard to the chassis, and remove it.

Step 9 Microphone

And finally, with the help of a pair of flat clamps we will take off the microphone that we are going to replace.
