First we must apply heat to the screen to soften the adhesive that holds it, for this we use a thermal mat.

To take off the screen we use a very thin metal tool, to be able to introduce one or more plastic spikes and thus we will not damage the screen. Once all the edges of the screen are detached, we can turn it around to disconnect the flex that connects it to the motherboard.

We remove the twenty-three Phillips screws (PH # 00) that hold the back cover to the chassis, and with the help of a plastic tool we will unhook all the sides of the case.

We disconnect the battery to work with greater comfort.

To finish we just have to disconnect the speakers and the interconnection flex and we can take off the auxiliary plate that we are going to replace.
