We apply heat to the sides of the screen with the heat gun.

Very carefully, we introduce a plastic spike. And with the help of the suction cup we are taking off the screen little by little.

We remove the protective plate that covers the flex connections of the screen. We disconnect and remove.

Unscrew the Phillips screws (PH # 00) and pry off the protective plate.

Unscrew the Phillips screws (PH # 00) and remove, levering, the upper right speaker.

We disconnect the flex from the rear camera and take it off the casing with a little leverage.

Remove the Phillips screws (PH # 00) that hold the side and ignition pushbutton.

We apply heat with the gun and take off, with care, the side buttons.

We take off the flex of volume and ignition of the back cover.
