Tutorial: Step by step

Step 1 Fullscreen

To start we must apply heat to the screen to soften the adhesive that holds it, and so we can introduce a metal tool thin enough, with which we will open a bit of space to introduce the plastic spikes to take off all the edges of the screen, now that with plastic spikes we will be less likely to damage the screen.

At the bottom of the screen (where the button is located) we must be careful not to damage the button with the plastic spikes.

Step 2 We disconnect battery

We remove the Phillips screw (PH # 00) that holds the metal shield that covers the motherboard, and with a tool we will unhook the shield of the motherboard, and finally we can disconnect the battery, to work with greater security.

Step 3 Push button and power key

Remove the two Phillips screws (PH # 00), disconnect the flex connector from the push button, and we can take it off
