To start we must apply heat to the screen to soften the adhesive that holds it, and so we can introduce a metal tool thin enough, with which we will open a bit of space to introduce the plastic spikes to take off all the edges of the screen, now that with plastic spikes we will be less likely to damage the screen.

At the bottom of the screen (where the button is located) we must be careful not to damage the button with the plastic spikes.

We remove the Phillips screw (PH # 00) that holds the metal shield that covers the motherboard, and with a tool we will unhook the shield of the motherboard, and finally we can disconnect the battery, to work with greater security.

We disconnect the speaker connectors, remove the five Phillips screws (PH # 00) that we indicated in the first photo, and also disconnect the card reader connector.

We disconnect all the components from the top.

We apply heat to the central area of the housing, where the base plate is attached, and with the help of a flat tool we will take off the base plate that we have to replace.
