Step 2 Back case

We remove the back cover with the help of a plastic opening tool.

Step 3 Interconnection Flex

We disconnect the two ends of the interconnection flex and take it off.

Step 4 Motherboard

Remove the 5 Phillips screws (Ph # 00) that hold the motherboard.

Step 5 Flex and components

We disconnect all the flexes that are connected to the motherboard, and detach the components.

Step 6 Motherboard and battery

Once the components are removed, we remove the base plate, remove the battery and remove it.

Step 7 Display

We remove the LCD screen that we are going to replace.
