Tutorial: Step by step

Step 1 Opening

Separate the back cover with the metal opening tool. With the opening tool release the connection of the fingerprint reader.

Step 2 Remove shielding from the motherboard

Remove the 9 Phillips screws (PH # 00) that hold the shield and remove it with the opening tool.

Step 3 Drop connections from the motherboard

With the opening tool release the connections of the motherboard.

Step 4 Remove motherboard

Remove the Phillips screw (PH # 00) that holds the base plate and remove it with the opening tool.

Step 5 Remove rear camera

With the opening tool release the connections of the camera and remove it.

Step 6 Remove front camera

Remove the protective tape from the camera. With the opening tool release the connection of the camera and remove it.
