Tutorial: Step by step

Step 1 Opening

Separate the back cover with the metal opening tool. With the opening tool release the connection of the fingerprint reader.

Step 2 Remove shield from auxiliary plate

Remove the 7 Phillips screws (PS # 00) and remove the shield with the opening tool.

Step 3 Remove auxiliary plate

With the opening tool release the connections on the plate and remove it.

Step 4 Remove shielding from the motherboard

Remove the 9 Phillips screws (PH # 00) that hold the shield and remove it with the opening tool.

Step 5 Drop connections from the motherboard

With the opening tool release the connections of the motherboard.

Step 6 Remove motherboard

Remove the Phillips screw (PH # 00) that holds the base plate and remove it with the opening tool.

Step 7 Remove battery

With the opening tool remove the battery.

Step 8 Remove coaxial cable and flex

Remove the coaxial cable with the clips. With the opening tool remove the flex.

Step 9 Remove handset and push buttons

Remove the push buttons with the clamps. With the curved tip tool extract the speaker.
