Tutorial: Step by step

Step 1 SIM tray

With a SIM removal tool we remove the SIM tray.

Step 2 Back case

Remove the Pentalobe screws (TS1) with a precision screwdriver.

With an opening tool, we pry the outline of the back shell and separate it carefully.

Disconnect the flex from the footprint reader of the motherboard and remove the back cover

Step 3 Protective sheet

Remove the sticker and unscrew the Phillips screws (PH # 00) that hold the protective plate with the base plate. We remove it.

Step 4 Drums

We disconnected the flex from the battery.

Remove the stickers with glue that hold the battery. And we remove it with care when taking it off in case there is any trace of glue left.
