Tutorial: Step by step

Step 1 Opening

Find the opening notch on the lower right side and press to separate the casing and remove it.

Step 2 Remove battery

Remove the battery with the opening tool.

Step 3 Remove intermediate housing

Remove the 9 Phillips screws (PH # 00) that hold the intermediate housing. With the opening tool, detach the intermediate housing and remove it.

Step 4 Drop connections from the motherboard

With the tongs, take off the push buttons flex. With the opening tool release the connections of the motherboard.

Step 5 Remove motherboard

Loosen the 2 Phillips screws (PH # 00) that hold the base plate and remove it with the opening tool.

Step 6 Remove front camera

With the opening tool release the connection of the camera and remove it with the clamps.

Step 7 Remove rear camera

With the opening tool release the connection of the camera and remove it with the clamps.

Step 8 Remove pushbuttons

Desolder the connection of the push buttons and extract it.

Step 9 Extract vibrator

Unsolder the vibrator connection and remove it.
