Ulefone Armor X2 - Proximity sensor

Guide with all the necessary steps so that you can change the components of the Ulefone Armor X2 yourself.

Tutorial: Step by step

Step 1 SIM tray

We remove the SIM tray from the mobile.

Step 2 Side plates

Remove the Torx screws (T4) that are on each side and remove the metal sheets.

Step 3 screen

We apply heat to the screen, for 2 minutes at 80 degrees.

We introduce a metal pick between the screen and the mobile. We exchanged it for a plastic spike so as not to scratch the screen or the frame. We do all the contour taking off the screen.

Step 4 screen

We remove the Phillips screw (PH # 00) that holds the metal sheet that covers the flex of the screen. We disconnected the screen and removed it.

Step 5 Central housing

Unscrew the Torx screws (T4) and the Phillips screws (PH # 00) that hold the center housing and remove it by prying it off.

Step 6 Components

We disconnect and remove the front camera. We disconnected the flex of the battery and the flex of the rear camera with front flash.

Step 7 Top Antenna

Unscrew the Phillips screw (PH # 00) that holds the motherboard and unlock it.

We disconnected the flex from the antenna and removed the top antenna.

Step 8 Proximity sensor

We disconnect, take off and remove the proximity sensor.
