Tutorial: Step by step

Step 1 Metal side enclosures

Unscrew the Torx screws (T4) that hold the side plates and remove them.

Step 2 Back case

Unscrew the Torx (T4) and Phillips (PH # 00) screws that hold the rear case and remove it.

Step 3 Top auxiliary board

We disconnected the interconnection flex and took off the connection flex.

Unscrew the Phillips screws (PH # 00) that hold the card reader and the upper auxiliary plate.

We take off the card reader from the upper auxiliary plate.

We remove the upper auxiliary plate.

Step 4 Upper intermediate housing

Unscrew the Phillips screws (PH # 00) that hold the upper intermediate housing and remove it.

Step 5 Rear camera

We disconnected the rear camera, took it off and removed it.

Step 6 Components

Unscrew the two Phillips screws (PH # 00) that hold the plastic housing and remove it. We disconnected the two interconnection flexes.

Step 7 Components

We disconnect and remove the card reader. We disconnect the flex from the battery, the flex from the volume button and the coaxial cable.

Step 8 Motherboard

Unscrew the Phillips screws (PH # 00) that hold the motherboard and remove it.

Step 9 Proximity sensor

We take off the proximity sensor and remove it.
