Tutorial: Step by step

Step 1 Tray

To begin, we must remove the card tray with the help of an extraction tool.

Step 2 Back case

We remove the two Pentalobe screws (TS1) that hold the back cover by the bottom, with the help of a thin tool we will be unhooking all the edges of the case, and once it is completely disengaged we must disconnect the flex from the fingerprint reader.

Step 3 We disconnect battery

We remove the two Phillips screws (PH # 00) that hold the shield that covers the battery connector, we remove it and we can disconnect the battery to work with greater security.

Step 4 Speaker

We remove the three Phillips screws (PH # 00) that hold the speaker module, and with the help of a flat tool we unhook it.

Step 5 Auxiliary board

We disconnect the coaxial cable and the flex can from the auxiliary plate that we are going to replace, remove the two Pentalobe screws (TS1), and with the help of a flat tool we will detach the plate.
