Tutorial: Step by step

Step 1 Battery cover

Release the lid by levering around the equipment. Use a plastic opening tool to avoid damaging the housing.

Step 2

Separate the rest of the lid using your hands.

Step 3 Battery

Remove the battery by pulling on the bottom.

Step 4 Housing screws

The housing is secured with 10 Phillips screws.

Step 5 Housing.

Separate the housing by loosening the fasteners gently.

Use a plastic opening tool to avoid damaging the housing.

Step 6

Shut off the casing.

Step 7 Motherboard

Aside the plate as if it were the first page of a book, it will be held by a single connector.

Step 8

Separate the plate by releasing the remaining connector.

Step 9 Speaker module with audio connector.

Release the connector and separate the module by holding it with your fingers.
