Use the thermal mat for a couple of minutes. Separate the screen using the opening tool, respecting the flex of the lower part of the terminal. With the tweezers remove the shielding of the connection. Use the opening tool to release the connection and remove the screen.

Remove the Phillips screws (PH # 00) that hold the housing. With the opening tool separate the middle housing and remove it.

Remove the 3 Phillips screws (PH # 00) that hold the speaker. Use the clamps to extract the speaker.
