To remove the case, first remove the two Torx T4 screws that hold it and then remove the SIM / SD tray.

To separate the case from the chassis, we will pry with a flat tool between it and the frame.

Remove the nine Phillips screws (PH # 00) that hold the plate and then disconnect the components. Now we can undo the base plate of the chassis.

Now all that remains is to remove the rest of the chassis components to move them to the new screen.
