Tutorial: Step by step

Step 1 SIM tray

With a SIM extraction tray we remove the SIM tray.

Step 2 Back case

We introduce an opening tool between the phone and the back cover. By leveraging the lever, we will disengage the back shell until it is fully contoured and unhooked.

Unscrew the Phillips screw (PH # 00) that holds the protective metal sheet of the fingerprint reader flex and remove it.

We disconnect the flex from the fingerprint reader and remove the back cover.

Step 3 Intermediate upper housing

Unscrew the Phillips screws (PH # 00) that hold the intermediate upper housing and remove it.

Step 4 Cameras

We disconnect and remove the front and rear cameras.

Step 5 Components

We disconnected the interconnection flex, the screen flex, the flex of the battery and the coaxial cable.

Step 6 Motherboard

Unhook the motherboard and remove it.
