Tutorial: Step by step

Step 1 Tray

To begin, we remove the tray from the cards with an extraction tool .

Step 2 Back case

We must remove the back cover, for this we must apply heat with a thermal mat, then with the help of a tool with suction cups we open a small gap between the back cover and the phone chassis, then we introduce a tool thin enough and then a or more plastic spikes so as not to damage the housing.

Step 3 Fingerprint reader

To disconnect the fingerprint reader we remove the Phillips screw (PH # 00) and with the help of a tool we unhook the cover that protects the connector and we can disconnect the reader.

Step 4 Intermediate Housing

Remove the 15 Phillips screws (PH # 00) that hold the intermediate housing, and using a flat tool we will unhook the lens. Then with a thin metal tool we take off the intermediate housing and with the help of some plastic spikes we lift it.

Step 5 Disconnect battery

We disconnect the battery to work more safely.

Step 6 Cameras

We remove the adhesives with the help of a fine plastic tool and with it we will disconnect the connectors and remove the cameras.

Step 7 Base Plate

We disconnect the coaxial cable and the interconnecting flexes from the motherboard, then remove the Phillips screw (PH # 00) and with the help of a flat plastic tool we pry and remove the motherboard.

Step 8 Handset

With the help of tweezers and a metal tool we extract the handset.
