Tutorial: Step by step

Step 1 SIM card reader

To start we will remove the SIM card reader with the help of a SIM removal tool.

Step 2 Back case

We will apply heat to the back shell (about 75ºC for about 5-7 min approx) to soften the adhesive that holds it, and with the help of a fine enough tool and a suction cup, we will make a hole to insert one or more plastic spikes and This way we will not risk damaging the case.

Step 3 Intermediate housing

We remove the eleven Phillips screws (PH # 00) from the top (intermediate casing).

With the help of a fine plastic tool we unhook the casing and extract it.

Step 4 We disconnect the battery

We disconnect the battery to work more safely.

Step 5 Frontal camera

We disconnect the front camera and extract it.

Step 6 Rear cameras

We disconnect the three rear cameras and extract them.

Step 7 We disconnect components

We disconnect all the components from the motherboard (coaxial cables, charging connector flex, interconnection flex and the display flex).

Step 8 Base plate

Finally, we remove the two Phillips screws (PH # 00) that hold the motherboard and with the help of a flat plastic tool we unhook it and remove it.
