Tutorial: Step by step

Step 1 Card reader

To begin we remove the card reader with a SIM removal tool.

Step 2 Back case

We will apply heat to the back cover with a thermal mat (about 75ºC for about 3-4min) to soften the adhesive that holds it, and with the help of a fine enough tool we will make a hole to insert one or more plastic spikes and thus We will not risk damaging the case.

With the pick we take off the case around the edge of the phone and extract it, taking care with the fingerprint reader that is connected to the motherboard.

Step 3 Fingerprint reader

We remove the three Phillips screws (PH # 00) that hold the shield, extract it, then disconnect the fingerprint reader connector and remove the back cover along with the reader.

Step 4 Disconnect battery

We disconnect the battery to work with greater safety.

Step 5 Intermediate housing

We remove the eight Phillips screws (PH # 00) that hold the intermediate housing and extract it by peeling off the adhesive that joins it to the motherboard.

Step 6 Frontal camera

We disconnect the flex from the front camera and extract it.

Step 7 Rear cameras

We disconnect the flex from the rear cameras and extract them.

Step 8

Finally, we disconnect the flex from the push buttons, the flex from the LCD and the coaxial cable. We remove the Phillips screw (PH # 00) that holds the motherboard and extract it.
