To begin with we will have to take off the screen. This screen is very thin and if it is bent a little it is very possible that it will break.

We will heat the screen at about 80ºC for about one minute.

With the hot screen, we will introduce a spike between it and the frame, which we will slide around the contour until the adhesive is removed.

After removing the adhesive, we will have to disconnect the flex from the home button and also disconnect the screen from the motherboard.

In this step, we simply remove the six screws that hold the lower casing that covers the base plate and disengage it.

It is not necessary to remove the motherboard or the battery to remove the audio connector.
