We will heat the back cover at about 80ºC for about a minute. With this hot, we will take off using the opening tools.

This will allow us to remove the adhesive from the battery later.

We will heat the screen at about 80ºC for about one minute. This screen is very thin and if it is bent a little it is very possible that it will break.

With the hot screen, we will introduce a spike between it and the frame, which we will slide around the contour until the adhesive is removed.

After removing the adhesive, we will have to disconnect the flex from the home button and also disconnect the screen from the motherboard.

Remove the lower case that covers the motherboard and disconnect the battery.

On the back, we will find some tabs which we will pull to remove the adhesive from the battery.
