Tutorial: Step by step

Step 1 SIM tray

With a SIM extraction tool we remove the SIM tray.

Step 2 screen

We apply heat to the screen for two minutes at eighty degrees.

We introduce a metal spike between the screen and the central housing. We exchanged it for a plastic spike.

We perform the entire contour by taking off the screen.

Step 3 screen

Unscrew the Torx screws (T3) that hold the sheet metal that covers the screen flex, remove the sheet metal and disconnect the screen flex and remove it completely.

Step 4 Sheet metal

Unscrew the Torx screws (T3) that hold the sheet metal and remove it.

Step 5 Components

We disconnect the flex from the proximity sensor and remove it. We disconnect the flex from the front camera, the flex from the fingerprint reader and the flex from the battery.

Step 6 Components

Unscrew the Torx screws (T3) that hold the speaker, and remove it.

We disconnect the flex from the side buttons.

Step 7 Motherboard

Unscrew the Torx screws (T3) that hold the motherboard and remove it.

Step 8 Back case

We apply heat to the back cover for two minutes at eighty degrees. We introduce a metal spike between the central housing and the rear housing. We exchange it for a plastic spike to avoid scratching any housing.

We perform the entire contour until it is completely detached.

Step 9 Fingerprint reader

We take off the fingerprint reader and remove it.
