Tutorial: Step by step

Step 1 Back case

We apply heat to the back shell and with the help of a plastic pick we remove all the edges of the back shell.

Step 2 Intermediate housing

We remove the sixteen Phillips screws (PH # 00), detach the adhesive and the NFC antenna from above the battery, and we will have to extract another Phillips screw (PH # 00) that is hidden under the adhesive, and with the help of a flat tool we will disengage the intermediate casing.

Step 3 Components

We disconnect all the components that are connected to the motherboard.

Step 4 Motherboard

We extract the two Phillips screws (PH # 00) that hold the motherboard, but before removing the plate we must remove the tray from the cards.

Step 5 screen

We apply heat to the screen, and with the help of a fine tool we will raise the screen enough to allow us to introduce more appropriate prongs to detach all edges of the screen, taking care not to damage the screen or the flex of it .

Step 6 Fingerprint reader

Finally we only have to take off the damaged fingerprint reader.
