Tutorial: Step by step

Step 1 Heat application

First, we apply heat to the back of the terminal, with a thermal mat and with the help of a fine plastic tool so as not to scratch or damage the battery cover, we are taking it off all around until we can open the terminal

Step 2 We disconnect the battery

Next, we extract the ten Phillips type screws (PH # 00) that hold the intermediate housing and extract it to then disconnect the battery to avoid any possible incident.

Step 3 Speaker module

We peel off the adhesive shown in the photos and proceed to extract the six Phillips type screws (PH # 00) and with a fine plastic tool we extract the speaker module.

Step 4 Auxiliary board

Next, we release all the connections that are on the auxiliary plate, both the coaxial cables and the interconnection flex, we extract the Pillips type screw (Ph # 00) that holds the auxiliary plate to the chassis and we can remove the auxiliary plate with the help of a tool fine plastic.

Step 5 Vibrator

Next, we detach the vibrator from its housing and extract it, leaving the lower part of the terminal free of components.

Step 6 Components

We peel off the adhesive that joins the battery with the motherboard, remove it and loosen all the connections that are located on the motherboard with a thin plastic tool.

Step 7 Base Plate

Next, we extract a Phillips-type screw (PH # 00) that is located between the cameras, we remove it, we extract the sim tray from its housing and with a thin plastic tool we lift the base of its housing and extract it.

Step 8 Battery

With the help of a battery extraction tool, we detach the battery from its base little by little to avoid possible breaks or bends in the betria.

Step 9 Handset

With a fine tool we extract the receiver by lifting it from its base and extract it

Step 10 Coaxial cables

With the help of an antistatic clamp we extract the shielding through which the coaxial cables pass

Step 11 Fullscreen

We take off the interconnection felx from the terminal chassis and we will have the screen free of components.
