Guide with all the necessary steps so that you can change the Motorola Moto E6 Plus (XT2025-2) components yourself.

Tutorial: Step by step

Step 1 Back case

To start we will remove the back cover.

Step 2 Drums

We remove the battery.

Step 3 Speaker

We remove the four Phillips screws (PH # 00) and the 3 Torx (T4) that hold the speaker module, and with the help of a flat tool we will unhook it.

Step 4 Intermediate housing

We remove the five Torx screws (T4) and the two Phillips (PH # 00) that hold the intermediate housing, remove the stickers that are on the edges and we can unhook the housing.

When you remove the adhesives check that they are adhesives and not the antennas.

Step 5 Frontal camera

We remove the adhesive that covers the front camera, and disconnect it.

Step 6 Proximity sensor and fingerprint reader

We disconnect and remove the proximity sensor and the fingerprint reader.

Step 7 Rear cameras

We disconnect and remove the rear cameras.

Step 8 Side buttons and screen

We disconnect the flex from the side push buttons and the flex from the screen.

Step 9 Motherboard

We remove the stickers that cover the two Phillips screws (PH # 00) that hold the motherboard, remove them and we can lift the motherboard carefully, and disconnect the coaxial cable that is connected at the back of the board.

Step 10 Headset and side buttons

We take off the headset and the side buttons.

Step 11 Fullscreen

We remove the coaxial cable and take off the headset and the auxiliary plate from the screen that we have to replace.
