Tutorial: Step by step

Step 1 Back cover

Before starting make sure the phone is switched off.

Remove the back cover using the opening tool, thus avoiding scratches on the housing.

Step 2 Battery

Remove the battery by pulling on the bottom.

Step 3 Micro SD card

Remove the micro SD card.

Step 4 SIM card

Remove the SIM card.

Step 5 Intermediate housing

Separate the intermediate housing by loosening the plastic hooks located around it.

Step 6 Speaker / Headphone

Unplug the camera and detach the plastic holder that includes the speaker.

Step 7 Baseboard connectors

Disconnect the flex cables from the display and digitizer.

Step 8 Motherboard

Separate the base plate from the housing.

Step 9 Tecla Home

Remove the Home key.
