To begin with we will remove the back cover. For this we will use a barb or other opening tool and sliding it between it and the intermediate housing, we will unhook it from the notches that hold it.

To remove the battery simply disengage, if necessary with the help of a tool, as it is not stuck.

To remove the cards we will pull or push, as we showed in the images, to extract them.

To remove the intermediate housing, first remove the eight Phillips screws (PH # 00) that hold it and then, using an opening tool, we will release it from the hooks.

To remove the motherboard simply disconnect the flex cable from the screen and we can remove it.

Finally, we disconnected the cameras from the board. In the case of the front camera, it will be better to disconnect it before removing the plate to avoid detaching it.
