To begin with we will have to take off the back cover, for this we will use a fine enough prong to take off the casing. If necessary, before introducing the tool we could apply heat to the housing with a hot air gun or a thermal mat.

Take off the adhesive that hinders us, and extract the eight Phillips screws (PH # 00) that hold the casing that we are going to lift with the help of a flat tool.

Finally, we will only have to take off the handset that we are going to replace, for this we have used flat tweezers.
