Tutorial: Step by step

Step 1 Remove back cover

We started by opening the back cover. We will heat it to 60ºC during a minute approximately to soften the adhesive and, with a flat opening tool, we will take it off by sliding it all over the contour.

Step 2 Remove housing and shields

We take out the nine Phillips screws (PH # 00) that hold the casing and the shields and remove them. In the case of the interconnection flex, we can only disconnect it since the shield is attached to the flex.

Step 3 Removing the motherboard

Disconnect the components and remove the SIM / SD tray to disengage the motherboard.

Step 4 Motherboard

All that remains is to disconnect the camera from the motherboard.
