To begin with we must apply a little heat to the edges of the back cover to soften the adhesive that holds the casing, and with the help of a suction cup and a pick we are taking off all the edges.

We take off the bottom of the adhesive that is on top of the speaker module, remove the six Phillips screws (PH # 00) that hold the speaker module, disconnect the coaxial cable, and we can remove the speaker.

We remove the damaged auxiliary plate.
