Tutorial: Step by step

Step 1 Back case

We will start by removing the back cover. To do this, we will introduce an opening tool between it and the frame and prying it off.

Step 2 SIM and SD cards

Before removing the intermediate housing, we will remove the SIM and SD cards.

Step 3 Intermediate housing

Remove the 14 Phillips screws (PH # 00) that hold the intermediate housing and then, prying with an opening tool, also disengage.

Step 4 Disconnect components

To remove the motherboard, first disconnect the components. We disconnected the battery, the antenna coaxial cable, the interconnection flex and the display flex.

Step 5 Removing the motherboard

Now we disconnect the flex from side buttons and the touch screen.

Now all we have to do is remove the Phillips screw (PH # 00) that holds the base plate to the chassis and disengage it.

Step 6 Fullscreen

Before continuing, we can remove the battery but it is not necessary because we will not heat the screen much.

We will heat the screen at about 60 ° C for about one minute. With the hot screen, we will introduce a spike between it and the frame and sliding it around the contour we will remove the adhesive.
