First of all we must extract the ten Allen screws (1.3) that are located on the sides of the phone.

Once the screws are removed, we can unhook the back cover.

Remove the three Torx screws (T4) that hold the shield and the upper antenna, and we can unhook them.

We disconnect the flex from the battery, remove the adhesives that are on the edges of the battery, and introduce a tool thin enough to take off the battery, taking care not to damage the battery or the interconnection flex and side buttons that are find below the battery.

Apply heat to the screen to soften the adhesive that holds it to the chassis, disconnect the flex from the screen and with the help of one or more prongs, we will take off all the edges of the screen that we are going to replace.
