Tutorial: Step by step

Step 1 Tray

First of all we should remove the tray from the cards.

Step 2 Screws

Remove the 10 hexagonal screws (H1.3) that surround the phone.

Step 3 Back case

With the help of a flat tool we will unhook all the edges of the casing.

Step 4 Components

Remove the 3 screws Torx (T4) from the bottom of the phone, remove the stickers that are between the battery and the intermediate housing, disconnect the battery, take off the cover that protects the speaker with a flat tool, and disconnect the speaker with the help of tweezers.

Step 5 Intermediate housing

Unhook the intermediate casing.

Step 6 Rear camera

We disconnect and remove the rear camera.

Step 7 Handset

With the help of a fine enough prong we will take off the receiver.

Step 8 Audio connector

Remove the Phillips screws (PH # 00) that hold the audio connector and remove it.

Step 9 Frontal camera

We disconnect and extract the front camera.

Step 10 Motherboard

We disconnect all components that are connected to the motherboard, remove the covers of the cards, and we can lift and remove the motherboard.

Step 11 Proximity sensor

With the help of a flat tool we take off the damaged sensor that we are going to change.
