Step 2 Remove back casing

We will start by removing the back cover, for which we will use a plastic opening tool that will allow us to release the hooks of the casing easily.

Step 3 Remove battery and cards

We can use the same opening tool for other functions such as lifting the battery or helping us to remove the SIM card. These steps are as simple as we can see in the images.

Step 4 Remove intermediate housing

To remove the housing, first remove the eleven Phillips screws (PH # 00) that hold it and then, with the help of a pick or other flat opening tool, we will unhook this from the notches that hold it.

Step 5 Disconnect screen

In this step, first disconnect the flex from the LCD display and then the flex from the digitizer. To disconnect them, we will first lift the safety tab of the plate connectors.

Step 6 Warm up and take off screen

Now we will heat the phone window to soften the glue.

When it is hot, we will introduce a spike between the glass and the frame to take it off.

Step 7 Fullscreen

Once detached we will remove it carefully by sliding the flex through the hole in the chassis.
