Tutorial: Step by step

Step 1 Take off screen

We will start by taking the screen. To do this, first remove the two Pentalobe 0.8 screws (TS1) that hold the screen to the housing.

Then, using a suction cup, we will make room to introduce a flat tool and remove the strip of adhesive that holds it.

Step 2 Disconnect screen

Now we will have to remove the shielding from the connectors on the motherboard. For this we will remove the five Triwing screws (Y0.6) that hold it.

Once the shield has been removed, we will disconnect the flexes from the screen and the headset.

Step 3 Disconnect components

In this step we simply disconnect the components of the motherboard.

Step 4 Motherboard

Remove the screws that hold the motherboard and remove the shielding. We disconnected the flexes that are in the upper part of the plate after an armoring and we can undo it.

Step 5 Remove components

Remove the two phillips screws (PH # 00) that hold the shield of the rear cameras and remove them. Then we will take off the flash flex that is underneath and we will also remove the two screws that hold the antenna flex that is around the support of the cameras.

Step 6 Power button, microphone and rear flash

To finish, we remove the flex antenna contacts to be able to take off the flex push-button and flash ignition.
