Tutorial: Step by step

Step 1 SIM card

Make sure the computer is turned off before you start.

Eject the SIM card by pressing it until you hear "click".

Step 2 Back cover

Remove the Phillips screw located next to the USB charging connector.

Step 3

Separate the cover little by little with a prong all around.

Step 4

Remove the back cover.

Step 5 Flex of side buttons.

Peel off the flex from the side buttons with the help of a pick.

Step 6 Motherboard

Remove the metal shield covering the connectors.

Step 7

Disconnect the data cable from the display. Remove the Phillips screw that is underneath.

Step 8 Flex of side buttons.

Disconnect the flex cable from the side buttons and extract it.
