To remove the "watch-pin" we will press the two buttons of the strap.

We will remove the earphone gum to avoid damaging it in the process.

We will heat the beautifiers to soften the glue and thus be able to remove them easily.

We will use the heat gun to heat the window and thus soften the glue that holds it to the housing. We will carefully slide an opening tool between it and the housing and we will take it off.

In order to remove the plate and the components connected to it, we will have to remove the LCD display. For this we will use a flat tool, which we will slide between the display and the shield of the plate.

Once the display is removed, we can disconnect the flex pushbutton and load connector and remove the plate and its components.

We will take the battery away from the area where we will use the soldering iron. Then we will desoldaremos the speaker to be able to retire it.
