Insert the tip of the prong between the metal back cover and the plastic frame.

Use the opening tool to pry and disassemble the lid.

Separate the back cover by holding the screen with the suction cup.

Unplug the flex by pulling on the tab of the connector and pulling gently on it.

Use the hot air gun to heat the edges of the screen and thus soften the glue and separate it easily.

As an alternative to the air gun we suggest the use of HOT GLASS, a heating blanket, with high thermal retention.

Insert the HOT GLASS in the microwave for the time specified in the instructions.

To heat it evenly, it is necessary to interrupt the microwave every 30 seconds to distribute heat throughout the HOT GLASS with your hands.

Apply heat to the edges of the screen for a couple of minutes.

Insert the tip of the prong between the digitizer and the frame of the housing.

Scroll the outline of the screen to detach the glass. Put thicker tines as a wedge to avoid sticking again.

Avoid passing the barb in the area where the flex is located as it could cut it.

Separate the digitizer by sucking with the suction cup, being careful not to damage the flex cable.
