First of all we must extract the tray of the cards with the extraction tool.

Remove the two Torx screws (T2) from the bottom of the phone and with the help of a metal tine we uncouple all edges of the case.

We extract the two Phillips screws (PH # 00) that hold the shield that covers the connector, and then disconnect it.

Remove the nine Phillips screws (PH # 00) that hold the intermediate housing, and with the help of a flat tool we will unhook it.

We disconnected the battery.

We extract the eight Phillips screws (PH # 00) that hold the module with the speaker that we are going to replace, and with the help of a flat tool we unhook it.
