Step 2 SIM and microSD cards

We will start by removing the nanoSIM card. We introduce a fine tool that we can enter in the hole of the tray, this brings one included with the phone.

Step 3 Back case

With a prong or other opening tool we will separate the housing with lever movements to unhook it from the notches that hold it.

Step 4

In this step we will need to heat the casing to soften the glue and thus be able to remove it easily.

Below we will see two ways to perform this step.

We will use a high thermal retention blanket (HOT GLASS) to heat the casing.

Insert the HOT GLASS in the microwave for the time specified in the instructions.

To heat it evenly, it is necessary to interrupt the microwave every 30 seconds to distribute heat throughout the HOT GLASS with your hands.

The gun emits VERY hot air, use with caution.

We recommend the use at minimum power and short bursts, since excess heat can damage the equipment.

Heat the back cover to soften the glue and be able to easily peel it off.

Step 5

Once warm, we will take off carefully as the casing is connected to the phone. We have preferred to separate the rubber shell and then remove it.

Step 6

We disconnected the flex from the flash to be able to remove the casing. Locate and remove the screws of the lower antenna module.

Step 7 Remove lower antenna module

We remove the lower antenna module.
