Tutorial: Step by step

Step 1 Remove back cover

To remove the back cover, we will heat it at about 60ºC for about a minute to soften the adhesive that holds it. Once hot, we introduce an opening tool between it and the frame to take it off.

Before detaching the lid, we will disconnect the flex from the fingerprint reader.

Step 2 Remove armor

We remove the Phillips screw (PH # 00) that holds the shield and remove it. To remove it, we pull it down (towards the battery) and then to the left to release it.

Step 3 Side push buttons

We remove the plastic support that covers the buttons and then take them off the chassis.
