Tutorial: Step by step

Step 1 Screws

We extract the two Pentalobe screws (TS1) that are on the bottom of the phone.

Step 2 Card tray

We will also remove the card tray.

Step 3 Back case

Unhook the back cover by all edges of the phone, and disconnect the flex from the side buttons.

Step 4 Shields

Remove the 3 Phillips screws (PH # 00) to remove the shielding.

Step 5 Components

We disconnect and remove the cameras, and also disconnect the flex from the screen, the interconnection flex, the battery and the coaxial cable.

Step 6 Motherboard

We extract the 3 Phillips screws (PH # 00) that hold the base plate, and we can remove it.

Step 7 Handset

We take off the handset that we are going to replace.
