Tutorial: Step by step

Step 1 SIM tray

With a SIM removal tool we remove the SIM tray.

Step 2 Back case

We heat the mobile at a temperature of 80 degrees for two minutes.

We introduce an opening tool to separate the back cover just enough to insert the cards and take off the back cover making the entire outline. If necessary, we will apply more heat.

Once removed the back cover removed.

Step 3 Intermediate housing

Unscrew the Phillips screws (PH # 00) and separate the intermediate housing.

We disconnect the connection flex and remove it.

Step 4 Sheet metal

We remove the Phillips screws (PH # 00)

We remove the metal sheet.

Step 5 Components

We disconnected the interconnection flex, disconnected the flex from the speaker module and disconnected the coaxial cable.

Step 6 Auxiliary board with antenna connector and speaker module

We remove the auxiliary antenna connection plate and remove the speaker module.

Step 7 Auxiliary board with SIM reader and vibrator

We disconnected the interconnection flex with charging connector.

We remove the auxiliary plate with SIM reader.

We take off the vibrator.
