Step 2 Back case

We will start by removing the back cover. For this we will use a plastic opening tool, to avoid scratches, introducing it between the back shell and the frame.

Step 3 Intermediate housing screws

Now, to remove the back cover, we will have to locate and remove the eight Phillips screws (PH # 00) that hold it.

Step 4 Intermediate housing

Once the screws are removed, with the help of a tine we will separate the frame housing.

Step 5 Disconnect components and screws from the motherboard

In order to remove the base plate, first we have to disconnect the flex from the display and the one from the side push-button panel. Then we will have to remove the two Phillips screws (PH # 00) that hold it.

Step 6

In order to completely remove the plate, first we have to disconnect the flex from the bottom plate and the coaxial cable.

Step 7

Now we proceed to take off the flex cables from the phone's chassis. In the case of the flex display first we have to remove the adhesive that covers the flex.

Also in this case, we remove the plastic cover from the top to make it easier to remove the screen.

Step 8 Take off screen

Normally to remove a screen, we heat it previously to soften the glue and so it is easier for us. In this case we find it easy enough without heating it but if you see that it resists, do not hesitate to give it a little heat.

Introducing the pick between the screen and the frame we will take off.

Step 9 Fullscreen

With the screen released, we just have to slide the flex cables through the holes in the chassis to separate them.
