Tutorial: Step by step

Step 1 SIM tray

We remove the SIM tray.

Step 2 Side plates

Unscrew the Torx screws (T4) that hold the side metal plates and remove them.

Step 3 Back case

Unscrew the Torx screws (T4) that hold the rear housing.

Unscrew the Phillips screws (PH # 00) that hold the protective plate that protects the flex and remove it. We disconnect the flex from the fingerprint reader and remove the back cover.

Step 4 Components

We take off and disconnect the flex from the screen, disconnect the flex from the battery and the coaxial cable, the flex from the side button and the flex from the digitizer.

Step 5 Motherboard

Unscrew the Phillips screws (PH # 00) that hold the motherboard. We disengage it and withdraw it.

Step 6 Side push button

We take off the side button and remove it.
