To remove the rubber strap simply press the watch, deforming the strap, until it comes out.

We will heat the screen using the heat gun to soften the glue and take it off easily. Once hot, we will slide a prong between the screen and the case to take off.

We will take care in the lower part of the watch to avoid damaging the flex of the screen.

After taking off the screen we will disconnect the flex, which connects it to the motherboard, to be able to remove it.

Inserting a spatula, or other opening tool, between the intermediate casing and the rear casing, we will take them off to later remove the base plate.

In this step we desoldaremos the vibrator. Using a desoldering mesh we will remove all possible tin and then we will finish taking off the connector.

Now we only have to take off and disengage the vibrator from the back shell.
