Tutorial: Step by step

Step 1 Samsung Gear S

Characteristics:
Dimensions: 58.1 x 39.9 x 12.5 mm.
Weight: 67 grams.
Display: Super AMOLED 2 inches, 360x480 pixels (300 dpi).
Memory: 4 GB (not expandable), 512 RAM.
Processor: Qualcomm Snapdragon 400.
Battery: 300 mAh.
Operating system: Tizen.
Connectivity: BT 4.0, pedometer, ambient light sensor, heart sensor, barometer, ultraviolet light sensor.
Water resistance: IP67.

Step 2 Remove strap

We will start by removing the strap. To do this, we will press the clock until it is disengaged from the rubber.

Step 3 SIM card

To remove the SIM card we will remove the lid that is in the back part, in which it is embedded, and we unhook it.

This step is not absolutely necessary, but it does not hurt.

Step 4 Heat screen

To be able to remove the screen easily, we will apply heat to soften the glue that holds it.

Once hot, we will remove it by introducing a pick between the frame and the chassis.

Step 5 Microphone

To finish, we will disconnect the microphone from the motherboard and detach it from the chassis.
