We start by removing the watch strap. For this we will press the button that we will find in the inferior part and we will displace the strap laterally.

We can leave one of the straps to make it easier to hold it.

We will apply heat on the screen and keep it warm as long as possible. Levering the top and with great care and patience, we can lift it slightly and finish taking it off.

After taking off the screen we will have to disconnect it to be able to remove it. First we will remove the shield that covers the connectors of the screen and then we will disconnect them.

With the help of an opening tool, we will leverage the battery to take it off. Then we will disconnect it before removing it.

We take off the flex that covers the Taptic engine and we also remove the screws that hold it. Then we will take it off, with the help of an opening tool.

Before removing the taptic engine, we will have to take off the flex shown in the sixth image to avoid damaging it.
